Mark Wignall

QA DEPARTMENT MANAGER

I started with the group as a warehouse operative on 4^th May 2013 after leaving Ultra Finishing for a new challenge. Soon after, the company acquired additional warehouses, and due to my previous experience, I was given the opportunity to set up the picking bays and organise the stock transfer to the new sites.

The group recognised my enthusiasm, and in June 2013 I was promoted to the new role of Goods in Supervisor. Within the same few weeks I was selected to attend the 10 Step management course; the first of its kind to train new management.

In August 2013 an opportunity arose for an Operations Team Leader within the warehouse. I was selected for the role and remained as a team leader for a couple of years. In this time I had assistance from many peers including HR to help me in some difficult situations, along with ELM for the health and safety side of the business.

In February 2015 an exciting opportunity came around within the group for a QA Officer, seeing this role was perfect for me I went for this with gusto, as this was the ideal role for me within the group that I have always wanted to do and better myself further.

Due to the many changes within the group I have come to manage the QA department. With hard work and a lot of support from the management I have come a long way in such a short time.

Andrea Horsham

PA TO THE DIRECTORS / ACCOUNTS PAYABLE

After doing freelance work for the company in 2004, I was offered a full time role as HR Manager in January 2005. At this time the company employed around 45 people.

In 2006 the structure of the company changed and I moved in to customer services as Customer Services Manager. Having worked in customer services in previous employment this was an opportunity to show my skills in yet another area, being responsible for budgets, SLAs and being a key player in incorporating the latest company venture with a new company called PhysioRoom.

Around 2008 the company structure was to change again as the business expanded. I moved out of customer services and began working part time in my original HR Manager role for the next 18 months, also taking on some part time purchase ledger work in finance. This was an area where I had never worked before so was a big learning curve. As this was to be another string to my bow I soaked it up and learned everything I could in order to perform this role to the best of my ability.

Several years later and to date I now work in finance being responsible for a large part of the Purchase Ledger. I have always had full support from management in all the roles I have performed with the company, and although I never imagined I would work in finance, I realise that if you can adapt to change, show flexibility, willingness and have the ability to learn new skills then this company is the best place to be.

In March 2017 I started a dual role in the company. I now split my working week between Finance and the new role of PA to the Directors. Once again I have had the full support of the Directors and Management team to progress in my new role, which shows that if you are not afraid to change direction and learn new skills then Limitless Digital Group is the place to be.

Yassime Mohamed

CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE TEAM SUPERVISOR

My name is Yassime Mohamed (known as Yaz), I have been part of the LDG family since January 2013. I started my journey as French Presales Advisor, and after a year I moved to the Customer Experience department to develop my technical skills, and to gain an understanding of our products in more detail.

In January 2017 my manager recognised my enthusiasm and leadership skills, and I was promoted to Customer Experience Team Supervisor. Just a few weeks later, I was selected to attend the 10 Step management course. I’m being supported by fantastic team members, which makes Limitless Digital a great place to work.

Carmen Fernandez-Romero

EXPORT CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE SUPERVISOR

In June 2015 I joined LDG as a full time Spanish and Italian Pre-Sales and Customer Service Advisor. During my first two years in this role, I was involved with carrier improvement, and supporting other languages and management by taking on additional duties to my own role. I was promoted to Export Customer Experience Supervisor in April 2017, coordinating the CX team for the German, Dutch, Italian and Spanish markets.

I was immediately enrolled on to the 10 Step management course, which gave me a great opportunity to learn the key skills to be able to manage my team effectively. I am truly thankful that the company gave me the chance to progress my professional career in a short space of time, and I am very proud to be part of a company where improving the service and quality provided to our customers is paramount.

Jeff Whitfield

ECOMMERCE BRAND MANAGER (UK & NORTH AMERICA)

Following on from previous e-commerce roles both client and agency side, I joined the company in 2010 as the Group’s PPC Manager looking after all PPC activity. My first project was to bring in-house all PPC management from an external agency.

Other tasks included setting up a relationship with Google and Bing Support, and building an in-house team, including several language speakers. Additional responsibilities included SEO, social, content, video, marketplaces, UX, CRO, reviews, affiliates and more.

After passing my first Google exams back in 2005, one task I had was to mentor the new team to be Google qualified within six months of their recruitment. Since 2010, I’ve had several different roles including two promotions. My current role is E-Commerce Manager for the UK & US brands in the group.

Wendy Sutcliffe

ECOMMERCE MARKETING EXECUTIVE (SPAIN & ITALY)

I started at Limitless Digital Group in February 2010 working as a part-time customer services advisor looking after the Spanish and Italian websites. At the time I was studying for an MA in translating and interpreting. I received great support from my managers and the company, and I was able to fit in exams and lessons around my working hours. Once I completed my part-time MA, I increased my working hours.

Six months later I was asked to translate the content of the Spanish and Italian websites, as well as answering pre-sales queries. Once the sales started growing, the company employed additional pre-sales and after-sales staff, so I was able to focus on content writing for Spain and Italy in order to optimise the websites.

In 2015, I was given the opportunity to take on the social media accounts for Spain and Italy to help engage with potential customers. I am now a Spanish and Italian E-commerce Marketing Executive responsible for the content on the Spanish and Italian sites, ensuring it is optimised for SEO purposes, as well as updating the blogs and social media accounts.

Claire Ruth-Wyatt

ECOMMERCE BRAND MANAGER (FRANCE)

I joined Limitless in August 2013 as a French CX Advisor. After six months in this role, I moved internally to the Commercial department to the position of eCommerce Marketing Executive. Thanks to internal training and online resources, I successfully passed multiple Google exams to become Google AdWords & Google Analytics Certified shortly after commencing this new role. Most recently I was promoted to the position of eCommerce Brand Manager for the French market, a fantastic opportunity which was made possible due to the experiences I have had since joining the Limitless team.

Jake Watson

IT SENIOR DEVELOPER

While finishing off my HND with the local college at the start of 2004, I was given the opportunity to start working part time for the company as a Junior Web Designer. After finishing college I was offered a full time role and during my first year was asked if there was any training I would like to undergo. I decided to enrol on a 2 year Web Development course with the Open University, which the business thankfully funded. Upon completion of this, I was promoted to Front-end Developer before switching to Back-end Developer in 2011. Towards the end of 2012 the team grew and I was given the opportunity to become a Development Team Leader. This role required completion of a course in management which, again, was funded by LDG. At the beginning of 2016 I was moved to my current role as Senior Developer, during which I have had great exposure and training in the Magento 1 and 2 web platforms.
